Calum works with Chapter Zero members to enable them to get the most value out of their membership, while also ensuring our work responds to their feedback and changing requirements.
Calum is experienced in working with non-executive directors (NEDs) and communities of board members. Before joining the Chapter Zero team, Calum was Head of Research at Criticaleye, a peer-to-peer community that supports and inspires boards and executive teams to be successful. In this role he led a team of research associates responsible for growing the community’s reach and leadership, and chaired NED discussion groups on several boardroom topics.
Earlier in his career he managed the countrywide operations and development programmes for Seeds to Sew International in Kenya, a non-profit organisation that improves the lives of women and girls in disadvantaged communities.
Calum has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and International Relations and a PG-Cert in Sustainable Development.
