“Climate change is the emergent Board risk and we see it rising very rapidly up the Board Agenda. Through my work on Board Evaluations and Board composition, I can clearly see the importance of climate change competence for Directors. Understanding the transformation that climate change presents is key for the Boards of today and tomorrow and I am delighted to support this as a Steering Committee member for Chapter Zero.”
