[POSTPONED] Legal issues in operations and supply
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED AND WILL NO LONGER TAKE PLACE ON 5 DECEMBER 2023. IT WILL INSTEAD BE COMBINED WITH THE 13 FEBRUARY SESSION.
This event is part of Chapter Zero series in collaboration with Freshfields and the Centre for Climate Engagement.
The series explore the legal considerations for the transition to net zero. In three steps, we aim to empower board members to get ahead of the legal curve and equip NEDs to drive effective boardroom decision-making to accelerate the transition.
The transition will present significant legal challenges and opportunities for organisations across industries. NEDs have a key role to play in helping boards navigate the complex legal landscape.
In this series, legal experts, industry leaders and experienced NEDs will share insights, knowledge and practical advice to help participants deepen their understanding of the necessary legal implications of the transition to net zero.
