Vicky Moffatt

During Vicky Moffatt’s tenure as Chief Executive of Chapter Zero, the UK Directors’ Climate Forum, the organisation has scaled rapidly, now comprising over 3,500 members, engaging more than 75% of the FTSE 350 and many of the UK’s largest private companies. As a key Founding Chapter, Chapter Zero has become the showcase for international expansion to 35 Chapters across 73 countries over three years, becoming a globally recognised platform for board-level climate governance.
Vicky is a board-level executive and non-executive with over 30 years’ experience advising global, cross-sector organisations, including multinational corporates, private equity-backed businesses, financial institutions and NGOs. She has served on seven boards as a trustee, governor, board director and advisor, including advising FTSE 100 boards, bringing particular expertise in ESG, corporate strategy, brand & transformation and stakeholder engagement.
Previously, Vicky was a Global Consulting Partner with Kantar, WPP working for Google and Nestlé. She spent seven years advising the UK Board of PwC, where she led major strategy, innovation and transformation programmes delivering significant commercial value. She also founded and led the Innovation Lab at Saatchi & Saatchi, as an Executive board member.
Vicky played a founding role alongside Dame Ellen MacArthur in establishing the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, helping to shape the circular economy model and its global corporate adoption.
Her early career at WPP, including the prestigious Marketing Fellowship, was shaped under the mentorship of Sir Martin Sorrell. She has lived and worked internationally, including in the United States and Europe.
