Yves Hayaux-du-Tilly

Yves Hayaux-du-Tilly is a Partner of the Mexican law firm Nader Hayaux Goebel, where he heads its London Office, (Re)Insurance Practice and Sustainable Transition Working Group. For more than 30 years, he has advised multinational companies, financial institutions and investors on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, governance and strategic legal matters.

Yves has served for more than 22 years as a Non-Executive Director and Secretary to the Board of various financial institutions and currently serves as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of Sofia Salud and GNP International Ltd.

He is a Trustee of the Chapter Zero Alliance, founder and Co-Chair of Chapter Zero México, founder and former Chair of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, and Vice President of the International Association of Insurance Lawyers.
