Through interactive peer discussions, we will explore emerging trends, common gaps and inconsistencies, and differing expectations of shareholders, proxy advisors, and regulators. The session will examine how organisations are approaching data consolidation and assurance, the practical challenges of obtaining and validating sustainability information, and the implications of Provision 29 for board oversight and management of climate change risks. We will also cover how sustainability reporting can be used both for shareholders and as an exercise to create value for the board and the management teams.
