Elena Ferrara-Crofts

Elena is a sustainability strategist who manages the design and delivery of Chapter Zero’s programme; striving to engage our members and drive impact at scale.  

Before joining the Chapter Zero team, Elena managed impact and communications at a boutique sustainability consultancy. During her time there she worked with global clients such as BESTELLER, Expedia Group, Etsy and Textile Exchange on a range of sustainability and communications projects. She also worked to support and inspire the organisation's audience of sustainability professionals through valuable resources, change management courses and a paid membership community. 

Elena is passionate about sustainable business and contributing to meaningful positive change. She has a Master's degree in Sustainable Leadership and a background in social entrepreneurship and luxury fashion.
