Jo Murray
Jo is Communications Director and has long experience of working in global communications roles across FTSE100 companies, start-ups, governments and NGOs.
A financial journalist by training, she has written for and managed financial, business and trade journals, and run the associated conferences globally. She has run four media start-ups and provided consultancy services to governments in relation to their foreign direct investment value propositions and marketing/communications strategies, especially in relation to their green credentials.
Most recently she was the Global Head of Thought Leadership at WPP – the holding company for many of the world’s leading creative agency brands. Prior to that she was Managing Editor at ICAEW – the global membership organisation for Chartered Accountants globally – where she oversaw the award-winning member communications programme which had a strong focus on sustainability reporting.
Jo has a degree in law and has worked with many of the world’s leading law publishers.
