Matt Scott
Matt is a Senior Advisor and provides strategic support on key Chapter Zero initiatives. He brings three decades of climate leadership at the intersection of science, business, finance and policy. This includes leading the Bank of England’s Climate Hub and the UK’s first Green Finance Strategy, and more recently co-chairing the Disclosure Working Group of the UK’s Transition Plan Taskforce.
Alongside his role at Chapter Zero, Matt currently leads the UK Centre for Greening Finance & Investment, based at the University of Oxford, and has previously worked at WTW, Bridges Ventures, McKinsey and AEA-Ricardo as well as co-founding his own solar energy venture on graduation from Stanford Business School. He is a Fulbright Scholar and has a BSc in Physics.
