Tom Davies

Tom is Chapter Zero’s Engagement Director, responsible for leading strategic convening and engagement with senior-level stakeholders to promote climate action through key Chapter Zero initiatives.

He brings expertise in terms of strategic relationship management, planning and building the capacity of leadership networks. Tom previously spent over nine years at Korn Ferry, where as part of the Board & CEO Practice he worked on a global basis with Board and C-Suite leaders across a range of sectors. This included working extensively at the intersection of profit and purpose with regards to themes such as climate, sustainability and international development.

He has also worked with a number of other non-profit organisations in the environment and nature space as part of their efforts to develop closer engagement with business. Tom graduated from University College London (UCL) with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in History.
