Tony Bainbridge

Tony is Chapter Zero’s Strategic Advisor for Organisation and Talent, providing HR support and advice since February 2023.

Tony is Director of ‘Transforming Business Through Talent Ltd’, a boutique leadership consultancy supporting leaders embarking on rapid growth or change whilst also aiming to build sustainable, high-performance organisations. Prior to setting up this consultancy he spent over 35 years in HR and commercial roles in consumer, healthcare, technology and information businesses living and working in five different countries in Europe and the US.

Tony has a BA from Durham University in Economics, Psychology and French, and is certified by the British Psychological Society in the use of psychometric tests.
