Vicky Moffatt

Chief Executive Officer

Vicky is the inaugural CEO of Chapter Zero, and has served as a Trustee, Governor, Non-Executive Director as well as Board Advisor to FTSE 100 companies. She serves on the Advisory Council of the Chatham House Sustainability Accelerator. Her 30-year career has spanned global multi-nationals, NGOs, government, private equity and scale-ups. Vicky has flair and passion for strategic communications and is highly skilled in leading change with complex multi-stakeholder groups. Her key experience includes innovation, business transformation, brand and communications.

Previously Vicky enjoyed a portfolio career as a Senior Independent Advisor including for the UK board of PwC for 7 years, for Nestlé, RELX Group, The Cabinet Office, St. James’s Place, and for several private equity houses amongst others. She set up the Ellen MacArthur Foundation with Dame Ellen, and has worked for a suite of global NGOs including CDP, We Mean Vision Coalition, and Vision for a Nation.

Vicky’s early career began with the prestigious WPP Marketing Fellowship mentored by Sir Martin Sorrell in the US and the UK. She co-founded the Strategy & Creativity Lab as MD of Saatchi & Saatchi.

Vicky loves Shakespeare and won the Jean McLoed Prize for the top 1st in Shakespeare at Edinburgh University.
