Spotlight: Member Survey 2025

Every year Kantar – the data and analytics business and brand partner to the world’s top companies – kindly conducts a survey on a pro bono basis across Chapter Zero’s membership. This survey is vital to us. It tells us what you, our members, value so we can continually improve.

The feedback from the survey also helps define our impact. This is important because it is crucial that we demonstrate this impact to funders. Chapter Zero relies on philanthropic funding which enables us to offer you membership free of charge.

The survey takes minutes to complete. If you can find time to fill it in, that would be extremely valuable to us.

Take the Directors’ Climate Journey through our Knowledge Hub

To support members with building climate competency, we have designed the Directors’ Climate Journey. This self-directed learning journey offers you the opportunity to delve into the core topics underpinning the business case for acting on climate as a non-executive director. You can deepen your knowledge in each topic area by moving through briefings and key takeaways to deep dives and reports.

Throughout, we signpost and curate content from a range of sources and partners to equip you with the information you need to embed good climate governance in your boards and organisations. We hope that these resources will inspire you to equate climate resilience with business resilience, and to embrace the transition to a low-carbon economy as a driver of innovation and growth.
