Website login FAQs

If you are an existing member but haven’t yet logged into the website, you will need to set a password. To do this:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click the ‘Forgot password’ link. Your username is the email address linked to your Chapter Zero membership
3. You will then receive an email (check your junk mailbox too) which will allow you to choose your password and create your login.

Please carefully check the password you have entered. If you have any issues, email climate@chapterzero.org.uk and we will be happy to help.

There are features to use and explore on our website which are only available to logged in members, including a member area which will allow you to access our bulletin archive and enable you to bookmark content and events.

You will also be able to use this space to update your mailing preferences from us.
