Chapter Zero announces new board member: Yves Hayaux-du-Tilly joins the Chapter Zero board

Chapter Zero, the philanthropically funded membership organisation, the Directors’ Climate Forum, has announced that Yves Hayaux-du-Tilly will take Emily Farnworth's place on the Chapter Zero board.

Yves is a Trustee of Chapter Zero Alliance and founder and Co-chair of Chapter Zero Mexico.

He is a Partner in the Mexican law firm Nader Hayaux Goebel where he heads its London Office, (Re)Insurance Practice and Sustainable Transition Working Group. For more than 30 years he has advised multinationals, financial institutions and investors on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, governance and strategic legal matters.

Yves has served over 22 years as a Non-executive Director and Secretary to the Board of various financial institutions and currently serves as Non-executive and Independent Director of Sofia Salud and GNP International Ltd.

He is a co-founder of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and served as its Chairman from 2011 to 2019, and is currently the Vice President of the International Association of Insurance Lawywers.

Yves takes the place of Emily Farnworth (Chief Executive Officer of Chapter Zero Alliance) who has served on the Chapter Zero board since Chapter Zero Alliance was formed in 2024. She has also led the work at the World Economic Forum to support the establishment of the global Chapter Zero Alliance network.
