The Climate NED26 Programme is an exclusive, in-person event designed for non-executive directors serving on the boards of listed, private, and state-owned companies. Hosted by CMS Paris office in partnership with Chapter Zero France, the programme brings together board leaders from across the globe for three days of learning, dialogue, and peer exchange.

Taking place in Paris from 30 March to 1 April 2026, NED26 is delivered in collaboration with the ChangeNOW annual conference. The programme offers a unique opportunity to deepen understanding of climate governance, explore emerging regulatory and strategic challenges, and engage with leading experts and fellow directors from around the world.

Participation is by application and places are limited. Candidates will be asked to pre-register and, once confirmed, select their preferred workshop topics. Pre-registration does not guarantee a place on the programme.
