Membership is for non-executive directors (NEDs), senior independent directors (SIDs) and Chairs. If you don’t currently hold a NED position you may apply for associate membership – suitable for those who are aspiring NEDs, in a role that works with board members, and primarily hold a C-suite or similar role.

If you are based in another country there may be a Chapter Zero that is more suited to your needs. Please visit the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI) for a full list of Chapter Zero locations.
