Safirah John

Safirah supports the member experience and is a key point of contact for Chapter Zero members.

Before joining the team at Chapter Zero, Safirah worked as a software engineer and developed applications for Sky services and a digital consultancy which involved problem-solving, analytical skills, collaboration and roadmap planning. She has experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments, people-focused admin roles and several volunteering positions including charity fundraising and film festivals.

Safirah pivoted into coordination, with a focus on member engagement and project management, and joined Chapter Zero to make a positive social and environmental impact.
