Katie Gargett

Katie is Chapter Zero's Chief Operating Officer and is a seasoned operations professional who leads on business operations to deliver our strategy and vision through leadership of an agile and robust operating organisation delivering for our members.

Before joining the Chapter Zero team, Katie spent over four years in operations leadership at a mission-led climate change organisation working with a network of local leaders who pledged to lead a rapid transition to net zero. She also brings valuable experience from many years in the digital advertising space where she held various roles across UK and international client services and operations teams. Katie has a passion for bringing people together to solve complex issues, driving organisational resilience and growth.

Katie has a BSc in Business Management from the University of Swansea and qualifications in Project and Programme management.
